Back by popular demand and just in time for family celebrations of the holidays, Grudge Match:ReMatch is the sequel to last year’s Grudge Match, a satirical look at personal, political, and spiritual experiences of grudge and forgiveness directed by Paul and Joséphine A. Zmolek.

“We see this as our antitdote to the Nutcracker,” says Joséphine. With all new material, the performance is centered on the annual gathering of extended families around the holiday table, sibling rivalry and the gifting ritual. The movement and text of Grudge Match: ReMatch is inspired by the personal journals of performers Jeanne Douville, Stephanie Kriege, Katharine M. Stricker, Susan Chapel and Jamie Pederson.
